Not all flowers bloom at the same time.
They’re supposed to, but nature is unpredictable.
That’s what makes it beautiful.
Nature takes its time.
The flowers will sprout,
but not before they’re ready.
No matter the length of time, be patient.
It’s what’s needed in this time of hastiness.
And when they finally bloom, cherish the moment.
Cherish it because there was a chance it might’ve not happened at all.
When you want to blossom,
be patient with yourself.
You’ll get there.
It may be at a slower pace than others,
but forward is still forward.
Don’t forget to enjoy the in-between moments,
and take the scenic route from time to time.
Life is not a race.
If you wish it by,
you’ll miss out on the little things that make it great.
It’s the little things,
like a good night’s sleep,
snuggles with your cat (or dog, or both) at 3 am,
reading a good book,
laughter with friends,
quality time with family,
that make life worth it.
Be patient, and bloom.
