Sometimes it’s hard to stay aware of ourselves, both physically and mentally. Refer to this little list whenever you need a reminder or some ideas to turn around a bad day.

🌱 Read a good book (or a chapter or two)

🌱 Bake something from scratch (and enjoy eating it!)

🌱 Listen to your feel-good tunes

🌱 Watch your comfort movie or show

🌱 Create art (even if it’s terrible; focus on the process instead of the outcome)
